> 版本 V1.0.0 ・ 更新 2026-10-25

## Introduction

Digital assets (including but not limited to USDT, EZZ tokens, RWA credentials, etc.) are **high-risk assets**. Before using any digital asset-related services provided by the Platform, please carefully read and fully understand the entire contents of this Disclosure. **By using the relevant services, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and voluntarily assume the associated risks**.

**The Platform does not constitute any investment advice, financial advisory service, or legal opinion.** All content on the Platform is for reference only; please consult licensed professionals as needed.

## Article 1 Market Risks

  - **Severe price volatility**: Digital asset prices may fluctuate significantly within short periods, with risk of principal loss or even total loss;

  - **Liquidity risk**: Some digital assets have limited trading depth, and you may not be able to buy/sell at desired prices or times;

  - **Market manipulation**: The digital asset market is relatively young and subject to manipulation, insider trading, and other irregularities;

  - **Systemic risk**: Macroeconomic conditions, regulatory policies, and industry events may cause severe market-wide volatility.

## Article 2 Technical Risks

  - **Smart contract risk**: Although the smart contracts used by the Platform have been audited, undiscovered vulnerabilities, backdoors, or logical defects may still exist and cause asset loss;

  - **Blockchain network risk**: Network congestion, hard forks, 51% attacks, consensus failures may affect transaction confirmation and asset security;

  - **Loss of private keys and mnemonics**: Your private keys and mnemonics are stored only on your local device. **Once lost or leaked, no one (including the Platform) can recover your assets**;

  - **Device and environment risk**: Malware, jailbroken/rooted devices, malicious apps, keyloggers may cause private key leakage;

  - **Software bugs**: The Platform's frontend, wallet SDKs, node services and other software may contain bugs that affect user experience or asset display.

## Article 3 Operational Risks

  - **Irreversibility of on-chain transactions**: Once a blockchain transfer is successfully broadcast, it **cannot be reversed**; please carefully verify the recipient address, amount, and chain ID;

  - **Approval risk**: Approve operations performed before staking or swapping may grant contracts permission to operate your assets; please confirm the contract address is correct and the approved amount is reasonable;

  - **Phishing risk**: Access only through the Platform's official channels. Beware of counterfeit websites, fake customer service, fake official groups, fake airdrops;

  - **Gas fees**: On-chain transactions consume Gas; Gas prices may rise significantly during network congestion;

  - **Slippage and price impact**: Swaps involve slippage, and large transactions may cause price impact; actual execution prices may deviate from expectations.

## Article 4 Business-Specific Risks

### 4.1 Stake

  - Staked assets **cannot be circulated or redeemed during the lock-up period** (subject to contract rules);

  - Yields adjust dynamically; **past performance does not indicate future results**; the Platform makes no yield commitments;

  - Early redemption (if supported) may incur penalties or yield losses;

  - Contract parameters (rates, terms, caps, etc.) may be adjusted through governance; please follow official announcements.

### 4.2 Swap

  - Liquidity pools are provided by third parties and involve impermanent loss and liquidity depletion risks;

  - Transactions may fail due to excessive slippage, timeouts, or insufficient Gas; consumed Gas is non-refundable;

  - Please verify token contract addresses yourself to avoid counterfeit or scam tokens.

### 4.3 RWA Credentials

  - RWA credential rights depend on the performance of underlying real-world assets, involving underlying asset default, custodian, and legal enforcement risks;

  - The transfer, staking, and burning of RWA credentials must follow smart contract rules;

  - Different jurisdictions may have different views on RWA, leading to regulatory uncertainty.

### 4.4 Cross-border Payments and E-commerce

  - Prices for goods paid with digital assets are based on the exchange rate at the time of payment; exchange rate fluctuations during block confirmation are borne by you;

  - On-chain refunds will be returned to the original paying address. **If you pay from a centralized exchange deposit address, you may not receive refunds**; please pay from a self-custodied wallet address.

## Article 5 Regulatory and Legal Risks

  - Regulatory attitudes toward digital assets vary significantly across jurisdictions; some may prohibit or strictly restrict digital asset trading;

  - You should independently understand and comply with the laws and regulations of your country/region; **the Platform is not responsible for your violations of local laws**;

  - Changes in regulatory policies may cause the Platform to suspend, restrict, or terminate some or all services in specific jurisdictions;

  - You may be required to fulfill tax reporting obligations for gains from digital asset transactions; please consult tax professionals.

## Article 6 Third-party Risks

  - Third-party wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, TrustWallet, etc.) are the sole responsibility of their operators; the Platform is not responsible for their security or stability;

  - Third-party DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, and cross-chain bridges involve independent contract and operational risks;

  - Oracle data anomalies may cause price deviations or contract execution anomalies.

## Article 7 Self-protection Recommendations

  - **Only invest what you can afford to lose**;

  - Back up mnemonics using hardware wallets or offline methods, stored separately;

  - Never disclose mnemonics, private keys, SMS/email verification codes to anyone;

  - Beware of "customer service" or "official staff" initiating private chats asking for mnemonics or remote assistance;

  - Test with small amounts before large operations;

  - Regularly review and revoke unused Approve authorizations;

  - Follow the Platform's official announcements and beware of any request to transfer to a "safe address";

  - If you detect account anomalies, immediately freeze the account and contact customer service.
